Over the past four years, I have traveled to my dream serendipity Tibet numerous times. During one spiritual journeys after another, not only did I see picturesque scenery, kind Tibetans, sacred temples, but also found my deepest self. By chance, an esteemed senior gave me a Tibetan name representing Lotus - Pema. I would like to introduce myself thereafter. My love for Tibet transcends the place where I was born and any city I live in.I poured my love for Tibet into an online website dedicated to supporting Tibetan artists and the poor in the region.

Over the past four years, I have traveled to my dream serendipity Tibet numerous times. During one spiritual journeys after another, not only did I see picturesque scenery, kind Tibetans, sacred temples, but also found my deepest self. By chance, an esteemed senior gave me a Tibetan name representing Lotus - Pema. I would like to introduce myself thereafter. My love for Tibet transcends the place where I was born and any city I live in.I poured my love for Tibet into an online website dedicated to supporting Tibetan artists and the poor in the region.

By chance, an esteemed senior gave me a Tibetan name representing Lotus - Pema. I would like to introduce myself thereafter. When I was young, I came across an article about Tibet, and that was the starting point for me to know about Tibet.
The fascinating the snow-covered plateau, the distressing poor Tibetan life, and the devout faith of Tibetans make myself yearn for the pure and full spiritual power of the plateau.
And so, the adventure begins
Over the past four years, I have traveled to my dream serendipity Tibet numerous times. During one spiritual journeys after another, not only did I see picturesque scenery, kind Tibetans, sacred temples, but also found my deepest self. By chance, an esteemed senior gave me a Tibetan name representing Lotus - Pema. I would like to introduce myself thereafter. My love for Tibet transcends the place where I was born and any city I live in.I poured my love for Tibet into an online website dedicated to supporting Tibetan artists and the poor in the region.

How does Incense Burning Help with Buddhism and Meditation Practices?
🙏Incense is frequently burned in Buddhist rites and spiritual activities to honor the Triratna, or Triple Gem of Buddhism, which consists of "the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha." In fact, declaring dedication to these three is one of the most important steps toward becoming a true Buddhist. From a spiritual standpoint, the fragrant smoke produced by incense burning teaches the importance of burning away undesirable aspects inside oneself to expose the pure self within.

🙏burning frankincense (resin from the Boswellia plant) triggers poorly understood ion channels in the brain to ease anxiety or sadness, according to a multinational team of scientists comprising researchers from Johns Hopkins University and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. This means that a brand-new class of antidepressants and anxiety medications could be right around the corner.
Step One:
Place the incense cone in the center. Make sure that the pointy end of the cone is pointing up. This is crucial, as it will ensure that the smoke from the incense falls down into the water and creates a waterfall effect.
Step Two:
Once the incense cone is in place, light it with a match or lighter. Hold the flame to the tip of the cone until it ignites. At this step, ensure you check the incense tip. There should be a small glowing ember and smoke coming out of the bottom. If not, re-light the incense and check again after a minute.
Step Three:
Blow out the flame or any traces of the flame gently. Look for the flame on the incense tip. If a small bright ember appears and smoke begins to emerge from the bottom, the incense has been properly lit. If you're not sure, wait a minute or two before checking again.
Step Four:
Once the incense is lit, place the container on a heat-resistant surface and enjoy the amazing smell of the incense as it wafts through the waterfall! Ensure that you keep an eye on the incense, as it will eventually burn out. When this happens, simply dispose of the cone and start again from step one.
Now, sit back and enjoy the waterfall of smoke that the incense creates.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@mail.buddhastoneshop.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Buddha Stones is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.

When I was young, I came across an article about Tibet, and that was the starting point for me to know about Tibet.
The fascinating the snow-covered plateau, the distressing poor Tibetan life, and the devout faith of Tibetans make myself yearn for the pure and full spiritual power of the plateau.
And so, the adventure begins
Over the past four years, I have traveled to my dream serendipity Tibet numerous times. During one spiritual journeys after another, not only did I see picturesque scenery, kind Tibetans, sacred temples, but also found my deepest self. By chance, an esteemed senior gave me a Tibetan name representing Lotus - Pema. I would like to introduce myself thereafter. My love for Tibet transcends the place where I was born and any city I live in.I poured my love for Tibet into an online website dedicated to supporting Tibetan artists and the poor in the region.
